From Our Founder

Falta was born from a desire to want to inspire and be inspired. After several years spent working in Executive Search and Board recruitment for private equity firms, I realized what a unique opportunity I had had as a recent university graduate to have been exposed to some of the most impactful and influential leaders of our time. Through Falta, we want to contribute to meaningful and high value content development and storytelling, focused on inspiring the next generation of leaders.

Founder & Managing Editor

  • Stephanie is currently part of the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practice at a Big 4 firm. She works on all operational and strategic aspects of a transaction, pre and post Day 1, including executing large scale integrations and separations. Stephanie is also the Managing Editor of Falta, a storytelling platform focused on women in leadership. She writes about leadership in its many forms - management, diversity of thought, women's issues, inclusivity, work-life balance, and more.

    Stephanie is originally from Los Angeles, California and has lived in London and New York City. In addition to English, she also speaks, reads and writes in Spanish.
